1. Introduction

These Advertiser Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our advertising services offered through https://www.adsnplay.com (“Website”). By registering as an advertiser (“Advertiser”, “you”) and using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Use

To access our advertising services, you must create and maintain an account on our Website. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update this information as necessary.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Campaign Creation and Management

3.1 Campaign Creation

Advertisers can create advertising campaigns on our software platform. These campaigns will be distributed across selected radio and podcast channels to optimize results.

3.2 Campaign Approval

All campaigns must comply with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to review and approve each campaign before airing. Campaigns containing hate speech or other inappropriate content will be rejected, and repeated violations may result in account termination.

4. Advertising Metrics and Reporting

4.1 Reporting

You will have access to detailed reports, including the list of channels where your ads were played, the cost for each ad, and impression results.

4.2 Ad Impressions

Impression data will be provided to give you insights into the reach and impact of your advertising campaign.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

Your credit card will be charged upon scheduling the broadcasting of your advertisements. The scheduling will never exceed 7 days.

5.2 Cancellation

If you cancel your ongoing advertising campaign, it will no longer be scheduled for the following period, but any already scheduled broadcasts must be honored.

5.3 Non-Payment

Failure to meet payment obligations will result in your account becoming inactive. Reactivation requires payment of any outstanding fees.

6. Ad Content and Compliance

6.1 Legal Compliance

Your ads must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. No hate speech or other legally prohibited content is allowed.

6.2 Copyright

By uploading an audio file, you confirm that it is free from copyright and that you possess the necessary rights to broadcast it. You assume responsibility for ensuring that the file complies with all applicable laws and regulations. In the event of copyright infringement or violations of the law, you agree to assume all legal responsibility and pay any associated fees.

6.3 Audio Format and Quality

Ads must be provided in .mp3 format with high-quality audio. Poor-quality ads will be rejected.

6.4 Ad Creation Service

We offer an ad creation service for a specific fee. Advertisers retain ownership of ads created through this service.

6.5 Advertiser Input and Revisions

You are required to provide detailed specifications for your ad. You have the right to request revisions until satisfaction. Payment for ad creation services is upfront.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Ads

Upon creation and payment, the advertiser retains full ownership of the ad and may use it for any lawful purpose.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
